Estate Office attended MIPIM 2024 it was great to meet existing and connect with new clients.
One of the key highlights was the Estate Office Property Consultants event held jointly with Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank בנק מזרחי טפחות & Edwin Coe LLP, with over 200 guests present.

There appears to be a very positive sentiment in the market from the numerous conversations we had. Undoubtedly, it remains a challenging environment, but we are hopeful for a very busy year ahead.
With that being said, we anticipate many interesting opportunities arising, as many already have this year, positioning the Estate Office Team strongly to act and assist on numerous deals. Currently, we have 22 sale disposals—comprising a mixture of investment, development, and commercial properties (both on and off-market)—as well as several intriguing acquisition opportunities for the right individuals.
