The first quarter of the year has seen further inward investment from overseas investors into the London and wider UK property market.
Estate Office has been a market leader in recognising the significance of overseas investors to the UK market and we have been visiting overseas markets in Europe, the Middle East and Far East, forging significant business relationships in those countries for nearly 20 years. So far this year we have travelled to Hong Kong and Qatar with plans to visit South Africa, the Middle East and Hong Kong again.
In the first three months of 2019, our commercial team have successfully concluded transactions on behalf of clients from Hong Kong and the Middle East as well as the UK. Our ability to deliver a highly personal service across time zones was especially evident given these acquisitions were highly sensitive and carried out in extremely fast timescales providing speed and certainty of sale to the vendor and delivering excellent value to our clients.
